About the Role

We’re looking for a Chef de Partie to join our kitchen team from now until the end of April 2026. You’ll work closely with our Head Chef preparing high‑quality meals for groups and lodge guests. The role suits someone who is flexible, hardworking, and takes pride in delivering excellent food and service.
