Senior Analyst Transaction ServicesThe OpportunityWe are representing a Top 10 CA firm looking to grow their Corporate Finance advisory presence in Auckland at the Senior Analyst level.Key DutiesYou'll be working with a broad mix of clients from various sectors and industries from SME, private owners to multinationals.Advising private equity firms and strategic businesses on critical transactions.Working on a wide range of projects including financial modelling, business and asset valuations, buy-side and sell-side financial due diligence.Assisting in corporate finance services including mergers and acquisitions and raising debt or equity.Assisting in developing and coaching junior members of the team.Managing and nurturing client relationships.The Ideal ProfileYou would bring a background from one of the Big 4 or Mid Tier firms within any of the following service lines : Forensic, Business Recoveries, Deals Advisory, Due Diligence or Transaction Services.3-5 years post qualification, with the relevant certifications (CA / CPA / CFA) with recent advisory experience within a public practice setting.You'll have excellent client and stakeholder management skills gained from dealing with a diverse and extensive portfolio.Experience with managing big data will be advantageous but not compulsory.Applicants based in New Zealand or returning to NZ are encouraged to apply.To discuss this role (and other opportunities within the Corporate Finance, Transaction Services & Advisory space), feel free to connect with us for a confidential discussion.Tyrone HarrisEmail :
