What does the role involve?
As an Account Manager, you’ll spend most of your time with customers to partner with them and demonstrate Hilti solutions. Relationships are nurtured and you’ll help customers find innovative and cost-efficient solutions. You’ll work across diverse environments — construction sites, offices, and warehouses — and must be willing to demonstrate products and services. This is a permanent role based on a 40-hour work week. Hilti engages about 250,000 customer contacts daily.

You’ll be part of a supportive, field-based regional team. We’ll train you on our products, IT systems, and advanced sales skills. Construction industry experience is a plus but not essential.
