STEM PhDs (Medicine) AI Trainer

This role is for one of the Weekday's clients

We are seeking Medicine PhDs to contribute to a high-impact project with a leading AI research lab. This role offers competitive compensation of $65–$75 / hour .

In this role, you will leverage your expertise to create challenging, real-world problems that help advance the capabilities of state-of-the-art large language models. Your work will directly inform the development of next-generation AI systems in medicine.

• Master’s or PhD in Medicine from a top university in the US or equivalent
• Exceptional attention to detail
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Excellent proficiency in English
• Based in U.S., Canada, UK, Australia, or New Zealand
