We want to hear from you if you are a driven professional seeking an opportunity to showcase your FOH skills, management and barista skills, and willingness to make a mark and contribute to Federal Store's brand. We want to complete our Front of House team as soon as Possible.

We are in search of a well-presented, polite, professional duty manager who has a passion for looking after our customers and guiding and developing the Front of House team that serves them.

Qualifications

• A minimum of 2 years experience in Hospitality.
• A current duty manager certificate or LCQ.
• The ability to stay calm in busy services and navigate through them.
• A warm and relaxed manner with fantastic communication skills.
• An ambition to learn and develop your professional skills.
• A passion for outstanding Food & Beverage, and all things hospitality.
• The ability to work as part of a motivated team and be highly organised.

About You

Applicants should have a minimum of 2 years experience in a similar role and must be legally entitled to work in New Zealand. You must be either a New Zealand Citizen, Resident or hold a current and open work visa.
