What You'll Do

• Lead customer workshops and envisioning sessions to identify opportunities for transformation with Microsoft Copilot and Microsoft 365.
• Conduct business analysis to understand customer challenges and recommend Modern Work solutions that drive productivity and collaboration.
• Design and deliver training programs for Microsoft Copilot, Teams, SharePoint, and Microsoft 365 applications.
• Guide customers through onboarding and adoption journeys, ensuring successful change management and user engagement.
• Develop adoption strategies, communication plans, and success metrics to measure business outcomes.
• Act as a trusted advisor to customers, building strong relationships and understanding their business goals.
• Facilitate stakeholder meetings, gather requirements, and translate business needs into actionable roadmaps.
• Create compelling presentations, business cases, and solution proposals for customer executives and decision-makers.
• Champion Copilot readiness and adoption, helping customers prepare their data, processes, and people for AI-powered productivity.
