About the Role

As an Academic Advisor, you’ll be part of the engine driving Crimson’s growth in New Zealand. You’ll connect ambitious families with life‑changing opportunities, open doors to the world’s top universities, and help shape the leaders of tomorrow — all while generating revenue and growing Crimson’s impact in the Mandarin‑speaking community.

What You’ll Be Responsible For

• Achieve and exceed agreed sales targets and outcomes.
• Identify, contact and engage new leads via phone and email.
• Run professional sales consultations and academic assessments that reflect Crimson’s brand and standards.
• Pitch and promote Crimson’s world‑class products to prospective families.
• Build and maintain strong, trusted relationships with clients.
• Onboard new clients quickly and effectively to our Student Success team.
• Upsell existing clients on new Crimson offerings.
• Resolve issues and queries with speed and care.
• Keep sharpening your sales techniques and stay ahead of industry trends.
