What's the job?

This role is primarily focused on managing and maintaining the company\'s incoming payments from customers.

Following up on overdue accounts to secure payments, negotiating terms if necessary.

Preparing reports on accounts receivable status, aging of receivables, and cash flow forecasts for management review.

Key responsibilities include :

Daily bank account reconciliation.

Following up on payments and managing overdue debtors.

Maintaining regular contact with customers for collection of outstanding debts.

Compiling weekly debtor reports

Performing all month-end related tasks for accounts receivable.

Managing accounts receivable inbox.

Providing back up support for other Accounts functions within the Landpower group.

We're looking for

2+ years' experience working in a similar role within a commercial organisation.

Experience with an ERP system and adaptable by nature.

Competent user of Excel to analyse information.

Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

A professional level of communication
