As the Team Lead for both the Speech Language Therapy and Dietetics teams at Tauranga Hospital, you will help shape a service delivery and ensure high-quality care across acute inpatient and outpatient settings.You will support both teams in their day-to-day operations, manage resourcing needs, and collaborate with clinical and professional leads to uphold and enhance clinical standards.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys balancing operation leadership with service improvement and workforce wellbeing.About the Team / Service / LocationOur Dietetics and Speech Language Therapy teams are made up of highly skilled and committed clinicians who work across the hospital and community.

Your operational awareness, clinical insight, and people-first approach will ensure our services continue to thrive.What you will bringCurrent registration and Annual Practicing Certificate as an Allied Health ProfessionalAt least 3 years' leadership experience in a clinical or operational roleSound knowledge of New Zealand's health system and service deliveryStrong communication and coordination skillsAbility to work collaboratively with clinical and non-clinical stakeholdersA proactive and inclusive leadership styleWorking for Health New ZealandHealth New Zealand | Te Whatu Ora is dedicated to ensuring excellent healthcare for the people of New Zealand.
