As a Senior Account Manager at Unlimited, you’ll be a bridge between our clients and creative teams. Your role will focus on supporting client relationships and managing projects, from briefing through to delivery. You’ll bring calm to the chaos, create clarity from complexity, and keep our studio humming by coordinating people, time lines, and priorities.
You’ll work closely with the Managing and Creative Directors to ensure projects run smoothly, scope is clear, and clients feel confident and cared for. You’ll also be instrumental in spotting new opportunities and contributing to the long-term success of the studio.
Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day client relationships, acting as the primary point of contact on key projects
- Scope, brief, and manage project time lines from initiation through delivery, balancing time lines, budgets, and creative ambition
- Write clear proposals, statements of work, and timing plans in collaboration with the team
- Keep everyone on track including internal teams, freelancers, and clients through proactive communication and task management
- Support creative teams with the inputs, context, and client feedback needed to do great work
- Handle issues and solve problems calmly and constructively
- Work closely with our Managing Director to monitor resource planning, team capacity, and commercial health across projects
- Regularly update and manage the studio’s project forecast to ensure accuracy in revenue planning, resourcing, and workload visibility
- Build strong, trust-based relationships with our clients and help grow them through thoughtful service and organic opportunities
- Be a champion of our processes, always looking for ways to improve how we work and communicate

5 + years of experience in a client service or project management role in the creative industriesA calm, proactive, solutions-focused approachStrong numerical skills. Confident working with scopes, budgets, and forecasting tools. Exceptional written and verbal communication skillsStrong attention to detail, with a focus on clarity, accuracy, and follow-throughExperience with tools such as MS Office / G Suite. Primary place of work : G1 / 2 Vinegar Lane, Grey Lynn, Auckland 1021
Hours : 40 hours per week (typically Monday–Friday), with flexible working arrangements including Mondays & Fridays working from home
