Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain process flow for an assigned workstream.
• Collaborate closely with your Team Leader and the team to ensure efficiency.
• Ensure uninterrupted process completion and strict adherence to established guidelines.
• Execute Operations & Stock Management : ensure accurate and timely completion of routines, lead the team to correctly handle tasks, and oversee shelves and deliveries according to standards.
• Maintain Store Standards : ensure all teams fill to correct standards, prioritize shelf-friendly packaging, and manage overstocks effectively.
• Resolve Issues Proactively : timely escalation of process-related issues to the Function Lead for resolution.
• Contribute to Store Leadership : act as needed on scheduled shifts and participate in team collaboration initiatives.
