About the Team
Our team consists of one other specialist, a geriatric nurse specialist, a registrar and house officer as well an excellent interdisciplinary team of allied health professionals and nurses.
We are committed to providing the best outcomes for our patients.
We work closely with our surgical and anaesthetic colleagues and provide a perioperative frailty service.
We run a specialist Parkinson's disease interdisciplinary clinic and also a memory clinic.
We have close links with our physician colleagues, older person mental health services, NASC, and our community based colleagues.
The development of this service will be a will be a key part of this role

About you
We are looking for applicants with specialist training in geriatric medicine that are either vocationally registered with the New Zealand Medical Council (NZMC) or for overseas trained applicants who would be eligible for vocational registration.
