The Role

We’re looking for a talented and motivated Senior Transport Modeller to join our growing team. You’ll play a key role in developing and applying transport models, analysing outputs, and helping clients make evidence‑based decisions. You’ll work across a wide range of project types, from network planning to public transport evaluation and demand forecasting.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and calibrate transport models using Aimsun, EMME, and / or CUBE.
• Run scenario testing and analyse model results to inform project recommendations.
• Prepare clear and insightful technical documentation and client deliverables.
• Work closely with clients to understand their needs and present findings.
• Contribute to the development of innovative modelling tools and processes.
• Collaborate with a small team in a flexible, dynamic environment.
