Job descriptionRegular shifts close to home — mornings, days, evenings & overnights Personalised training and ongoing support from a local Relationship Manager The chance to build real connections with people and make a difference every day Room to grow if you’d like to build a career in disability support A driver’s licence and insured car (you may be travelling locally) The right to work in Australia NDIS Worker Screening Check (or be willing to get one) First Aid / CPR and a Working With Children Check (or be willing to get them) A genuine passion for helping people live their best lives Certificate III / IV in Disability, Aged Care, or Community Services (or similar) Lived experience with disability Special skills or hobbies you’d like to share with participants When you’re available Where in Bendigo you’re based Why this work matters to you
