Business Development Manager

With a strong presence in the construction and manufacturing sectors, we are expanding across the Waikato and beyond and we are looking for a talented Business Development Manager to help drive this growth.

About the role

We are seeking a strategic and hands‑on Business Development Manager to lead growth in the Hamilton and wider regional market.

You will play a key role in identifying opportunities, building relationships with new and existing clients, and securing long‑term workforce partnerships.

This role is perfect for someone with a deep understanding of New Zealand’s construction and manufacturing sectors, preferably with an established network in the trades. Knowledge of New Zealand’s Accredited Employer Work Visa (AEWV) process is a distinct advantage, as we connect skilled overseas workers with Kiwi businesses through approved immigration pathways.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and convert new business opportunities within various industries.
• Build and maintain strong, trust‑based relationships with clients.
• Collaborate with internal teams to deliver workforce solutions tailored to client needs.
• Represent All Trades at industry events, networking forums, and client meetings.
• Contribute to strategic growth plans for Waikato and surrounding regions.
