About The Role
Our Trade Specialists are local experts providing a truly local focus with expertise across passenger, commercial and industrial parts supply that cannot be surpassed.
Enjoy working in a busy phone contact role, building strong customer relationships and creating lasting impressions for your customers.
Note : the role will require lifting, bending and climbing.
Duties Include
Provide technical support to trade customers using expert automotive parts / mechanical knowledge
Build effective customer relationships
Serve as a superstar seller and problem solver, using up-to-date product information and knowledge
Deliver a genuine service that creates memorable moments for customers
Maintain safety awareness, striving to provide the safest work environment for yourself and teammates
Who We're Looking For
Demonstrate prior automotive parts or mechanical experience
Be a passionate customer service expert with some sales experience
Comfortable sharing knowledge and communicating in technical and non-technical terms
Be a natural problem solver who is solution-focused with sound computer skills
Proactive, driven team player capable of working independently
Available to work flexible days if requested
Contribute to a culture of safety by putting safety first and ensuring a safe environment for all
