About the Role

As our Design & Engineering Manager , you’ll oversee design operations , lead a talented team of designers and engineers , and drive product development . You’ll collaborate across departments to ensure precision and efficiency, influencing both project delivery and company direction .

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor the design and engineering team
• Oversee CAD / CAM processes and ensure design targets are met
• Drive new product development with the business owner
• Liaise with production and management for seamless execution
• Maintain workflow efficiency and design operations
• Build strong relationships with customers and suppliers
