Real Estate Sales Associate (Part Time)

Team Pashby are looking for a Part-Time Real Estate Sales Associate to join their high performing and busy team!!"SOLD! If you don't want your house sold, don't call me!"

With over 20 years of experience selling real estate on the Kāpiti Coast, Craig Pashby has established himself as one of the region's most respected and high-performing agents.

Specialising in residential sales, Craig is widely recognised for his auction expertise and is highly skilled in running deadline sale campaigns. A lifelong local, his deep roots in the community and extensive market knowledge make him a trusted adviser for both buyers and sellers.

We are currently looking for a  Sales Associate  to assist with the demand. You will have the following :

A current Real Estate License

• Some real estate experience (this is not for new to industry applicants)
• Full driver's license and own vehicle required
• Excellent customer service, communication skills and time management
• Can take instructions and fulfil them accurately and in a timely manner
• PC competency, experience with VaultRE an advantage
• Team Player!

This is a part time salaried + quarterly bonus role. It requires a minimum of 31 hours per week as below.

Monday 8.30am to 2.30pm (5.5)

Other things to note :

Craig & Team Pashby will be a team of 6 when you join them. We are looking for a Part Time Sales Associate to support the buyer management process. You will work closely with Craig and one other sales associate plus others in the admin team. They are a hard working and fun team, but they're busy and always aim for the best service in real estate on the Kapiti Coast.
