You'll support clinicians during procedures, help maintain clinical standards, and be the friendly, organised face patients see when they walk through our doors.This is a varied and fast-paced role that offers the best of both worlds—clinical hands-on support and patient-facing administration.Key responsibilitiesAssist clinicians during dental procedures, including X-rays, instrument preparation, and chairside supportMaintain infection control protocols and sterilise instruments to high standardsPrepare treatment rooms and ensure all materials and equipment are readyProvide oral health education and assist with post-treatment care adviceHelp manage stock levels and order supplies for seamless day-to-day operationsGreet patients with warmth and professionalismManage bookings, phone calls, emails, and day-to-day patient enquiriesReview medical histories and update patient records accuratelyProcess payments, claims, and support front-desk administrationMaintain a tidy, welcoming reception area and contribute to a smooth patient journeyAbout youYou're a people person with a can-do attitude and the ability to switch seamlessly between clinical and front-desk tasks.

Whether you're supporting in surgery or welcoming patients at reception, you bring positivity, professionalism, and a strong focus on patient care.Previous experience as a Dental Assistant and / or Receptionist (experience in both is ideal, but not essential—we're happy to train the right person)A good understanding of infection control protocols and dental proceduresExcellent communication, customer service, and interpersonal skillsConfidence using dental / medical software and handling administrative tasksGreat time management, attention to detail, and a flexible, team-first mindsetReady to Make a Difference in Your Community?
