Senior Maintenance Technician - InfrastructureRealNZ is looking for a skilled and proactive Senior Maintenance Technician – Infrastructure to lead the upkeep and development of our unique operational environments.With a sharp eye for detail and a knack for solving complex problems, you'll be instrumental in ensuring our infrastructure runs smoothly across some of Aotearoa's most iconic locations.

Your knowledge of New Zealand building codes and infrastructure standards, paired with your ability to work closely with contractors and regulatory bodies, will be key to your success.Leadership and teamwork are central to this role – you'll mentor apprentices and coordinate with other trades while fostering a positive, safety-first culture.
