He kōrero whakamārama mō tēnei tūranga | About the role
This is a unique serious injury client situation, where you will be part of a dedicated team supporting a young man living in South Wairarapa. You will work in the home, at school, and in the community, supporting with care needs and daily living activities.
Shifts available :
This role requires a younger‑minded approach, as the client would like someone closer in age who can better connect socially. You will also need to be comfortable working around dogs on a farm property. A full driver’s licence is essential, as you will be required to drive the mobility van.
Whakangungu l Training
Paid training! Our Kaiāwhina Skills Framework training takes place during your first two – four weeks of employment and is a mixture of practical training, online self‑directed learning, and working with a buddy trainer.
