We're looking for a Senior Project Manager to take ownership of high-value distribution network projects, leading from strategy to execution, and delivering outcomes that make a genuine difference.

This is a strategic delivery role for someone who thrives in complex environments, brings calm to the chaos, and knows how to unite teams around a common goal.

What you’ll be doing :

  • Leading the end-to-end delivery of large-scale infrastructure projects - from concept through to commissioning
  • Developing robust project plans, budgets, schedules, and governance frameworks
  • Managing risk, navigating stakeholder relationships, and coordinating internal and external resources
  • Ensuring full compliance with safety, regulatory, and environmental standards
  • Providing timely reporting, insights, and recommendations to drive business decisions
  • Championing continuous improvement and contributing to the future shape of the network

What you’ll bring :

  • A tertiary qualification in engineering, telecommunications, or a related field
  • A recognised project management certification (e.g. PMP or equivalent)
  • Extensive experience in infrastructure or utilities, ideally within distribution networks
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to build trust and drive outcomes
  • Proven experience managing complex contracts and fast-paced, multi-stakeholder projects
  • A commitment to safety, quality, and operational excellence
