Who are we?

Founded to support a passion for good brands, THE GOOD BRAND COMPANY (TGBC) was established to launch and grow brands in the Pharmacy, Health and Grocery retail channels.

Our aim is to be a supplier that retailers know will deliver good brands, with great service from passionate and knowledgeable people who have what it takes to ensure success for all of our retail and brand principal partners. Ultimately, making the brand and retailer experience as easy as possible whilst doing everything we can to ensure success.

What are we doing?

We are across NZ retail with our proprietary brand, me | today (efficacious health / wellness / lifestyle brand) and our Agency brands, SleepDrops (New Zealand’s No.1 selling Sleep range), Artemis (A New Zealand leading expert in plant remedies which combine traditional formulations with the validation of modern scientific evidence), Wanderlust (Australian range of plant-active, herbal led supplements and wholefoods)

What’s the role?

We currently have a role available for a Full-time Territory Manager based in Auckland . To cover the Auckland, Waikato and Bay of Plenty regions. With three nights away travel per month.

Calling on Pharmacy / Health retailers and Supermarkets the role is about driving sales, executing Joint Business Plans, activating with excellence the Brand plans and promotions.

Who are we after?

The person we are looking for will have experience in either the Pharmacy channel or Grocery channel or both and more importantly will bring a willingness and desire to offer great service and a drive to succeed. Being able to demonstrate a talent for driving sales and growth is important. A keen interest in Health & Wellness will make understanding our product portfolio and being able to pass on knowledge easier.

• Demonstrated positivity and ability to build relationships and influence
• Proven experience as a Territory Manager- desirable
• Proven track record of increasing sales and revenue; field sales experience is preferred- desirable
• Ability to develop sales strategies and use performance KPIs
• Organizational and leadership ability
• Problem-solving aptitude.
• Desire to progress career to Key Account Management
• A sound commercial understanding
