We’re partnering with a leading Managed Services Provider that delivers mission-critical support to enterprise clients across New Zealand. To meet the increasing demands of 24x7 operations, they’re expanding their engineering team with skilled Tier 2 / 3 Support Engineers .

About the Role :

As a core part of the support function, you’ll manage escalated technical issues, monitor infrastructure health, and maintain SLA-driven service delivery for key clients. This is a dynamic role suited to engineers who thrive in high-availability environments.

Responsibilities :

• Deliver L2 / L3 support for complex infrastructure issues across Windows, networking, M365, and virtualization platforms
• Monitor systems and resolve incidents within SLA windows
• Execute change requests, patch management, and system upgrades
• Liaise with vendors and internal SMEs to triage and elevate critical issues
• Contribute to documentation and knowledge sharing
