Job Description : We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented individual to manage operations at a recreational facility. The role involves overseeing counter operations, maintaining facilities and equipment, managing facility bookings, handling inventory, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations. You will liaise with various departments to address maintenance needs, provide excellent customer service, and uphold operational standards.
Key Responsibilities :
- Open and close facilities during operating hours (Mon–Fri : 9am–9pm; Sat : 9am–7pm). Shift will be assigned.
- Handle inquiries from users while adhering to service guidelines.
- Conduct weekly facility and equipment checks, arrange maintenance, and ensure cleanliness.
- Manage facility bookings and prepare facilities for scheduled use.
- Maintain accurate inventory records, conduct stock checks, and replenish items as needed.
- Report faults promptly and liaise with contractors for repairs.
Requirements :
