Job Description :

We are seeking a dynamic Club Manager to join our team in early 2026 to lead our team and oversee the daily operations of our facility. The Club Manager will be instrumental in creating a positive and inclusive environment for members and staff, ensuring that all aspects of the gym run smoothly, driving growth, with a strong emphasis on membership sales.

Responsibilities :

Provide strong leadership and direction to gym staff, including trainers, front desk personnel, and cleaning crew.

Develop and implement innovative strategies to attract new members and retain existing ones.

Oversee facility maintenance and ensure that all equipment is in proper working order to enhance the member experience.

Manage rosters, group class schedule, cleaning, and other administrative tasks efficiently to optimise resources.

Oversee and support the group fitness program, including instructor management, class performance, and schedule optimisation to maximise attendance and member engagement.

Foster a supportive and motivating atmosphere for members by organising events, challenges, and special promotions aimed at retaining current members and increasing membership sales.

Handle member enquiries, concerns, and feedback promptly and professionally to ensure high levels of member satisfaction and retention.

Collaborate with management to set and achieve aggressive sales targets and budget goals.

Requirements :

Bachelor's degree in business administration, sports management, or a related field (preferred).

Proven track record of success in membership sales and management within the fitness industry.

Experience in group fitness management or instructing (preferred).

Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.

Excellent organisational and multitasking abilities to handle the demands of a fast-paced environment.

Passion for health and fitness, with a genuine desire to help others achieve their goals.

First aid certification (preferred).
