Supervisor, Field Service – Nordson Corporation

Lead a team of Technicians based in Auckland and servicing accounts across New Zealand in a dynamic and collaborative environment to provide best quality, exceptional support and time‑effective resolutions and preventative maintenance programs.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of up to three Technicians servicing accounts across New Zealand.
• Be comfortable in a diverse range of manufacturing environments.
• Set, evaluate and drive team KPI’s to required targets.
• Work in a team environment while managing an autonomous workspace.
• Be willing to travel and adaptable to a wider regional team.
• Provide strong service support.
• Familiarity with Fluid Processing systems from a mechanical and controls perspective is well regarded.
