Christmas Casuals - Newmarket Performance Store, NZ

We are seeking passionate Retail Professionals to support our store trade this Christmas in Newmarket Performance Concept Store in Auckland.

Successful candidates will be starting early-mid November and working through till mid-January 2026 to cover our busiest selling period of the year, including Black Friday, Christmas / Holiday Shopping and Boxing Day.

With so much exciting expansion currently in adidas Pacific retail, we would love to consider standout casuals to remain permanently employed should there be upcoming vacancies. Please note, positions and hiring stores will be subject to availability early 2026.

Key responsibilities

  • Be aware of store sales and KPI targets, as well as individual performance targets, take ownership over them and use all available store resources to meet or exceed them
  • Execute the Brand Customer Service standards to meet or exceed customers’ expectations
  • The execution and maintenance of established Visual Merchandising and In-Store Communication standards
  • Process merchandise deliveries quickly and effectively, and constantly replenish merchandising fixtures to ensure the store’s entire product offer is represented on the sales floor
  • Represent the adidas brand / company values and products in an inspiring and impactful way.

Requirements

To be successful in your application, you will have a strong retail sales or customer service background with a proven track record of success. You will be motivated, energetic, passionate about achievement and be comfortable working in a fast paced environment.

Working Hours

Availability to work retail hours across weekdays and weekends is required. Please include your availability in the application.
