He angitūtanga : The opportunity
As a Senior Structural Engineer, your role is critical in overseeing the technical processing and provision of advice for building consent applications.
You will provide structural engineering advice to ensure the delivery of customer‑focused structural engineering regulatory reviews for building consents and related approvals, that achieves or exceeds statutory or customer service targets, thus ensuring compliance with the Building Act, Building Code and the Council’s engineering codes of practice.
You could also expect to work on :
Rigorous risk management practices will be integral to your approach, with any identified risks promptly reported and recorded for appropriate mitigation measures.
He kōrero mōu : About you
With a Bachelor of Engineering with a specialisation in Structural Engineering, you have strong experience in the structural engineering field. You are a Chartered Professional Engineer (CPEng) accredited by Engineering New Zealand, or demonstrate equivalent capability to operate at the CPEng level.
