This role offers you an exciting opportunity to use your skills within the Manawatū community which contributes to improving the health and wellbeing of disabled people.
This role coordinates services provided by CCS Disability Action. You will work in partnership with individuals and their families to develop, deliver and / or coordinate a range of person-directed services that aim to empower and enable the individual to achieve their personal lifestyle goals.
