Service Technician (Workshop)

We are currently seeking a Service Technician to join our team in Christchurch to service our South Island customers. This is a full-time role. Bring your positive, ready-for-a-challenge attitude and grow your career within a tight-knit team . The role involves liaising directly with customers and managing the service process from start to finish on a semi-autonomous basis. We are a small business with a strong culture of teamwork, where everyone steps up to assist when needed.

Key Responsibilities include, but are not limited to :

• Maintaining an organized display and inventory of service stock
• Diagnosing and assessing repair requirements efficiently
• Communicating with customers and preparing service reports
• Maintaining accurate customer and tool records
• Engaging in self-learning and knowledge sharing with team members
