Audio Engineer – 5D Mastering & Binaural, E-Learning

This role is ideal for an audio engineer with advanced expertise in 5D mastering, binaural audio, and surround sound, particularly within the e-learning and live sound postproduction sectors. The position focuses on mentoring and providing technical guidance for participatory musical experiences and mindfulness training, with a special emphasis on preventive mental health for the oncology community. The successful candidate will collaborate remotely with a project director to shape the audio approach for innovative, immersive learning and wellness initiatives. The project duration is flexible and will be determined in consultation with the selected expert.

Responsibilities

• Mentor and advise on the application of 5D mastering and binaural audio techniques for e-learning and live sound postproduction.
• Guide the development of immersive audio experiences tailored for mindfulness and participatory music sessions.
• Collaborate with the project director to design audio workflows that support preventive mental health programs, especially for oncology-focused audiences.
• Recommend best practices for high-quality surround sound and audio production in remote and digital learning environments.
• Provide technical input on equipment, software, and production processes to ensure optimal sound quality and user engagement.
