Athletic Strategy Consultant (Swimming, Women's Track & Field / XC, Baseball, Rugby) at Crimson Education. This is a contract or part-time remote role with potential to grow into full-time in the future.

Crimson Education is a Series C global EdTech startup founded in 2013 that supports students aiming for admission and scholarships to top universities or their dream career pathway.

What you’ll do

• Work closely with student-athletes within your sport, developing meaningful mentoring relationships.
• Meet with each student-athlete through video chat on a cadence of 2–4 weeks during active recruitment months and 3–6 weeks in earlier years.
• Maintain consistent communication with student-athletes via our tech platform and email.
• Help student-athletes stay accountable for organizational and developmental tools (training logs, competition reflections).
• Evaluate film to provide feedback and instruction, including guidance on recruitment video organization.
• Research and discuss camps / showcases / opportunities to increase exposure to college coaches.
• Assist student-athletes in maximizing their talent and development as athletes.
• Collaborate to develop a clear, personalized recruitment plan with realistic expectations.
• Support athletes through the recruiting journey and navigate proactive steps.
• Advocate for student-athletes with college coaches when appropriate.
• Update parents on progress when relevant.
