Job Description

JO&JOE is opening its new hostel in Auckland! And is looking for its next Room Attendant. Our team will welcome guests and maintain a clean, comfortable, and inviting environment. The Room Attendant plays a key role in creating a clean, comfortable, and welcoming environment for every guest.

Responsibilities

  • Task 1 : Clean and refresh guest rooms and bathrooms to the highest standards.
  • Task 2 : Ensure all amenities are stocked and rooms are set up to delight guests.
  • Task 3 : Report any maintenance issues or room damage promptly.
  • Task 4 : Respect guest privacy and follow safety and security procedures.
  • Task 5 : Maintain cleanliness in corridors, stairwells, and public areas.
  • Task 6 : Work efficiently and with care, whether solo or as part of a team.
  • Task 7 : Contribute to a positive guest experience through attention to detail and a friendly attitude.

Qualifications

Because you’ve got it in you :

  • A strong work ethic and pride in a job well done.
  • A positive attitude and a genuine desire to help others.
  • Good physical stamina and time management skills.
  • Ability to follow instructions and safety protocols.
  • A desire to learn and grow.

    • YOUR LITTLE EXTRAS ARE :

  • Experience in housekeeping or cleaning roles is a plus, but not essential.
