Maxserv is the largest independent provider delivering total management solutions for Class 4 Gaming in New Zealand. We are looking for a highly organised and proactive Operations & Grants Coordinator to support our Operations and Grants Teams during a 2026 maternity leave period. This role offers great variety, a supportive team environment, and the opportunity to make a meaningful impact for our clients and community.

About the Role

• Assisting Operations, Field, and Grants Teams with daily tasks
• Providing help desk and client support
• Preparing and updating reports, documentation, and resource kits
• Coordinating calendars, meetings, travel, and office logistics
• Updating client websites and assisting with compliance and media tasks
• Supporting the processing of grant applications and accountability reports
• Support Maxserv’s Health & Safety Programme

What We’re Looking For

Bonus skills : Canva, Website Updates, Health & Safety knowledge, or Grants Administration Experience.

Term

Fixed-term maternity leave cover, starting late January 2026, based at our Te Rapa, Hamilton office.
