Project Manager

This company is experiencing an exciting period of growth and are on the lookout for an experienced Project Manager to join their team.

This is a hands-on role where you\'ll oversee a range of Light Commercial and Residential projects, taking responsibility for the smooth delivery of each job from planning through to completion.

You\'ll manage several projects at once, becoming the key point of contact for clients, subcontractors, and internal teams.

With your strong technical background and practical understanding of construction, you\'ll keep each project on track - ensuring timelines, budgets, and quality expectations are met.

This position offers plenty of variety and client interaction, so confidence in communication and relationship management will be essential.

What You\'ll Be Doing

Plan, coordinate, and deliver multiple construction projects simultaneously

Manage budgets, schedules, subcontractors, and site activities

Review drawings, technical details, and specifications to ensure accuracy and compliance

Oversee health, safety, and quality assurance processes across all projects

Build strong, trust-based relationships with clients, suppliers, and trade partners

Administer project contracts (NZS) and ensure documentation is accurate and up to date

Identify and resolve project challenges quickly and effectively
