Role Overview

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive lead to oversee the financial operations of Sports Schooling and its entities. You will play a key role in ensuring accurate financial reporting, compliance, and smooth operational workflows.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee accounts for Sports Schooling, Swim Lab, X Lab, and Centre for Movement
• Manage GST reconciliation, financial consolidation, and submission of GST and taxes
• Process and review payroll and staff claims, ensuring accuracy and timeliness
• Prepare management and financial reports for review
• Ensure compliance with statutory requirements, Singapore HR regulations, and internal financial controls (CPF, MOM, IRAS)
• Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis as needed
• Familiarise yourself with the company’s parent / student portal and adapt quickly for financial and administrative tasks
