Are you a quality-driven leader ready to make a meaningful impact? We’re looking for a collaborative and results-focused Head of Quality Delivery to join our team of quality champions and help elevate our standards to best-in-class.

In this pivotal leadership role, you’ll work alongside other senior quality leaders to ensure the safe, compliant and efficient delivery of high-quality products across all our sites. You’ll lead a team focused on product release, customer quality improvement projects and complaint resolution. Playing a key role in guaranteeing customer satisfaction delivering exceptional outcomes for our customers.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Lead quality delivery across all sites, from material release to customer complaint closure.
• Be the go-to expert for quality escalations - ensuring swift, thorough risk assessments and resolutions.
• Champion customer satisfaction, building strong relationships and ensuring we exceed expectations.
• Drive performance across key metrics : Right First Time / Fit to Ship, Release time and Complaints Rate.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to align quality delivery with business goals and operational excellence.
• Inspire and develop your team, fostering a culture of accountability, ownership, and continuous improvement.
• Contribute strategically as part of the Quality & Lab leadership team, shaping the future of quality at our company.
