Job Description
TE TURANGA | THE ROLE
We're looking for a dynamic Entertainment Partnerships Coordinator to join our team.
This pivotal role is responsible for coordinating and administering entertainment content deals, ensuring contracts, documentation, and internal processes are delivered accurately and on time, while managing cross-functional dependencies.
You will play a key role in supporting deal execution, streamlining, minimising risk, and safeguarding delivery quality, directly contributing to the successful implementation of the Entertainment Framework.
Key Responsibilities Include
Coordinate the end-to administration of content deals.
Work closely with Legal, Finance, Media, Technology and Content teams to ensure timely approvals and execution.
Manage documentation, workflows, and internal processes with accuracy and attention to detail.
Coordinate across multiple stakeholders, balancing competing priorities.
Use Microsoft Office and contract / finance / schedule management systems (IBMS experience preferred).
Support deal execution and continuous process improvements.
NGA PUKENGA ME NGA WHEAKO | WHAT YOU WILL BRING
Essential
Strong organisational and process management skills with attention to detail.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Experience in contract administration or commercial operations in media, broadcasting, or a comparable industry.
Preferred
Exposure to content licensing, partnerships, or rights management in entertainment or sports media.
Experience working in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment with multiple concurrent projects.
Additional assets :
2+ years' experience in broadcast media or a comparable industry.
Familiarity with legal and financial approval workflows in large organisations.
Proactive mindset with strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
