We are currently seeking a dedicated Sales and Service Manager to join our experienced and passionate Palmerston North management team!

This role will be looking after our busy and exciting women's department - so a strong sense of style, experience in with women's clothing and experience in Visual merchandising would be a bonus!

As part of a small team of Department Managers reporting through to our Assistant Store Manager you will enjoy the benefits of a wider support network both in store and regionally.

As the Sales and Service Manager you will :

• Drive department sales and take full ownership for the teams sales performance
• Manage, coach, develop and motivate team to exceed sales budgets
• Liaise with VM to ensure all visual elements (banners, windows, hot spots) are in place, on time before store opening
• Drive a customer service culture across departments by ensuring high levels of customer service
• Implement & communicate promotional plans for upcoming events

The is a permanent full-time role and will involve weekend work and flexibility for early starts and late nights as part of the management roster.

If you are up to the challenge of being a hands-on Department Manager who knows how to lead and motivate your team, build a positive culture, control stock flow, manage reserves and daily merchandising and assist with loss prevention, then we are keen to speak with you.
