At Veterinaryfirst, we’re looking for a Supply Chain Lead (Fixed Term) to cover parental leave. This role offers the opportunity to make a significant impact on our supply chain operations and contribute to positive outcomes across our clinics. Whether your background is in supply chain / stock management or accounting, if you have a knack for process improvement and an eye for detail, we want you on our team.

About the role

You will work with a dedicated team passionate about our vision for success. This role involves more than managing stock — it’s about being part of a team delivering excellent outcomes every day.

What you’ll do

  • Own and optimise supply chain operations, including inventory management and stock ordering.
  • Liaise with suppliers and vendors to ensure timely, cost-effective delivery of goods.
  • Improve supply chain efficiency to positively impact our business’s bottom line.
  • Facilitate pricing updates in our client software.
  • Oversee processing of stock orders and invoices.
  • Provide insights and analysis related to stock management.
