Corrections Clinical Lead

We're looking for aCorrections Clinical Leadto guide and inspire a talented team working across South and Central Auckland.

This is ahands-on leadership role where you'll support and grow a dedicated group of practitioners delivering transformative work within corrections environments.

What you'll do :

Lead, coach, and empower AOD, Peer Support, and Wairua / Rongo'a Practitioners

Deliver assessments, brief interventions, and group programmes with care and integrity

Champion Te Ao Maori values and trauma-informed, restorative practice

Collaborate closely with Corrections and Mahitahi Trust to ensure seamless, person-centred care

Drive quality improvement, service design, and clinical excellence across the service

What you'll bring :

Clinical registration and proven experience in addiction or mental health practice

Strong leadership capability with a genuine passion for supporting others to thrive

A deep understanding of Te Ao Maori, or a sincere commitment to learning and integrating Maori worldviews into your practice

Confidence managing relationships, working across sites, and leading with empathy and professionalism

Day use of a pool car is provided for travel between South and Central Auckland sites.
