As a Technical Lead, will be responsible for designing, and developing scalable microservices-based applications using Java and Spring Boot. Lead a team of developers, mentor junior engineers, and ensure delivery of high-quality software aligned with business goals.

Responsibilities

Lead the design and development of distributed microservices using Java and Spring Boot.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and drive technical decisions.
Conduct code reviews and enforce coding standards and best practices.
Mentor and guide junior developers, fostering a culture of continuous learning.
Ensure application performance, scalability, and security.

Required Skills & Qualifications

5+ years of hands-on experience in Java and Spring Boot development.

Knowledge of React JS and test cycles

Proven experience in leading development teams and delivering enterprise-grade applications.

Strong understanding of RESTful APIs, microservices architecture, and object-oriented programming.

Familiarity with CI / CD pipelines and DevOps practices.

Excellent problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills.

Exposure to financial services or other domain-specific applications.
