About The Role

The Christchurch studio is looking for an Intermediate Architectural Technician to contribute to the technical delivery of projects and support the wider design team. This role is ideal for someone with 6+ years of experience who enjoys producing high-quality documentation, working across different project stages on large scale complex projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Produce accurate and detailed documentation using Revit
• Support project delivery from developed design through to construction documentation
• Coordinate with consultants and project team members
• Ensure compliance with New Zealand building codes and standards
• Maintain a strong focus on technical accuracy and buildability
• Contribute positively to the collaborative studio environment
