We are offering a part time position in Auckland.
In this role you will :
- Welcome patients in person or on the telephone, answering or referring enquiries.
- Phone patients to book for treatment
- Office duties : accounts, billing, scanning, printing and photocopying
- General office and clinic support
- Assist in sterilizing
- Stock takes and reordering supplies
- Transfer of data between systems
We will ensure you are given all the know-how and skills to do your job well.
