About the DealershipCapital City Motors is seeking a Group Fixed Operations Manager to lead its Greater Wellington area sites.

This is a rare opportunity to lead an established Service & Parts business across multiple sites.Capital City Motors is one of the largest and longest-established automotive dealerships in the greater Wellington region.

You will be expected to lead and manage your staff across all sites growing capable leaders, building teamwork and communication skills and providing a clear pipeline for identified internal talent.There is a key focus on building great relationships with your customers and local communities, in addition to performing at a high level to achieve the expectations of your franchise partners.This requires a highly engaged leader who is out visiting with the teams, the brands and customers daily, managing the regular reporting and compliance requirements of the role with efficiency.As well as overseeing day to day operations, you will be encouraged to implement growth strategies that align with the company's objectives and continue to build on a strong team focused culture.If you are looking to advance your career in automotive management, this could be the opportunity you are looking for.

A proven history of delivering an efficient and profitable return on the service and parts business.

You will understand the compliance environment in which the business operates and be willing to maintain the expected administration processes.As a leader in the business, you will be a dynamic individual who is passionate about driving great results.

You will take pride in your integrity and ethical behavior.

You will have great communication skills in person, on paper, and online.
