About the role
We’re looking for casual Registered Nurses to join our teams supporting Care Homes across Christchurch.
Whether you’re looking for extra shifts, flexibility around family or study, or more work-life balance, this could be the perfect fit. With shifts available across multiple villages, this role offers variety, flexibility and the opportunity to work closer to home.
Some of the great things you will be doing
• Clinical assessment, planning and implementation of nursing care
• Deliver safe, high-quality care to residents
• Work collaboratively with wider clinical teams
• Develop and review care plans with residents and families
• Support medication management and clinical documentation
• Provide compassionate, resident-focused care
About you
• Current APC and First Aid Certificate
• InterRAI trained is highly desirable
• Strong clinical and communication skills
• Up-to-date medication and wound care knowledge
• Care, empathy and compassion for older people
• Ability to work collaboratively within a Team Nursing environment
