Programmes Facilitator

We have two positions available, one permanent, and one fixed term.

As a Programme Facilitator, you’ll engage directly with whānau and families to deliver high-quality non-violence and parenting programmes. You’ll help participants explore their goals, strengthen wellbeing, and build safer, more connected relationships. You will require a clean Police Vet as required under the Children's Act 2014.

What you’ll be doing

• Delivering behaviour change programmes that promote positive, non-violent relationships and positive parenting
• Working collaboratively with other professionals and community partners
• Maintaining accurate records and reporting on programme activities and achievements
• Actively participating in professional development, supervision, and team hui
• Liaising with the wider Jigsaw Whanganui team to share best practices and contribute to the overall success of the organisation
