We prioritise diversity and inclusivity in our recruitment process and offer a supportive environment to work in, along with a range of great employee benefits.About the RoleAs an Electrical Fitter / Electrician you will provide maintenance, repairs, and fault response services to the solar farm to optimise generation output, while also supporting the reliability of solar farm assets through inspections and maintenance of high- and low-voltage equipment (non-intrusive), inverters, combiner boxes, tracker control units, photo voltaic modules, and secondary or associated systems, including SCADA.This role will work collaboratively with the on-site Field Technician and local contractors to ensure the solar farm is in great working condition.About youYou will need to be a registered Electrician, experience working on solar farms is an advantageSolid knowledge of the electrical industry, including statutory and safety requirementsDemonstrated electrical trade competencies with the ability to work independently and safelyYou demonstrate an uncompromising commitment to workplace health and safetyStaff BenefitsYou will benefit from a powerful package of benefits if you join us at NewPower – from medical, life, and income protection insurance, to relocation costs, flexible working options, ongoing career development and more – and most important of all, an excellent salary package.Ready to learn more?
