ABOUT THE ROLE
We’re looking for an experienced operator - someone who knows how to keep the wheels turning smoothly, and who takes quiet pride in helping things run better every day. This is a part‑time fixed term parental leave role until Aug 2026 (3 days per week) that holds an important place in keeping TRA’s operational heartbeat steady.
You’ll work closely with our Head of Operations, collaborating with our HR, Finance and IT teams to make sure the right systems, processes, and relationships stay in rhythm. You’ll be the go‑to for ensuring suppliers are supported, knowledge is shared, and day‑to‑day operations continue to hum.
